1. How does booking a beverage service work?

     We want to make providing a beverage service for your event easy! The first step in booking with the Painted Palomino Mobile Bar is to select your package. Once you know what you want to serve at your event, we will schedule a consultation call to discuss all the details and answer any questions you may have. We will then provide you with a contract for your event and the deposit is required on acceptance of the contract to book your date. Your final payment will be due 10 days before the event. 

Prior to the event, we will discuss your final guest count and provide you with a shopping list with your suggested alcohol quantities for you to purchase at the liquor store of your choice. 

2. Do you provide the alcohol?

     No. We do not have a liquor license and therefor do not provide alcohol. We will work with you to create a beverage menu and consult you on exactly what and how much to purchase. 

3. What can we serve at your event? 

    We set up our packages so that you can design an event that is exactly what you want. We can discuss what flavors and other details and make suggestions based on what makes your event special. 

4. What are your service times?

     We typically arrive one hour before your event starts to allow for setting up. If your event exceeds your originally schedule times, we will charge $50 per hour. 

5. What do you bring?

     When we show up, this is what we will have

        - lots of ice and coolers

        - napkins, straws and disposable cups

        - bartender and bar tools

        - non-alcoholic beverages (a pre-determined selection of four sodas and water)

        - mixers (pre-determined selection based on package)

        - garnishes

        - decor around the bar set up

        - custom designed bar menu for display 

        - Liquor License and General Liability Insurance


6. Do you only service weddings? 

      Absolutely not. We can do private parties, corporate events, birthdays, and so much more. 

7. How do you charge for big events? 

   Weddings are a complete package, so they are priced differently and are a guaranteed 5-hour event. Private events are priced by the hour for approximately 100 people. Private events that are greater than 150 guests are subject to additional $50 hour charge.

8. Do you charge mileage? 

     For traveling 30 miles outside of Bryan College Station, there is a $0.58 per mile fuel charge. 

9. Do you accept gratuity?

    We provide several options for payment, should guests choose to tip. This is displayed at the event.
